ST BARTHOLOMEW’S TURNASTONE

ST BARTHOLOMEW'S. TURNASTONE

ST BARTHOLOMEW’S. TURNASTONE

My wife and I had a very rare break, meaning that all three of our children were staying at their Grandparent’s in Wales, so we thought we would take full advantage of this by getting up early one weekend and having a day out together. These days are very far and few between.

We set off hoping that the Farmers Market in Turnastone would be on this particular day, and luckily enough it was. We pulled up outside Turnastone Village Hall and the sign was up.

We were one and a quarter hours early! GREAT!!

BUT. Luckily for myself, I had packed my camera case and what with St. Bartholomew’s almost directly opposite, I thought it would have been rude not to.

It was sometime back in 2012, when exactly though I am not sure, but judging by the blue Sky, it certainly was not in any of the Summer months.
